TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
Luxury Resort • Montana, USA • USD $70,000, Negotiable
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a luxury resort in Montana. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who takes pride in finding the right people, building strong pipelines, and supporting a high-performing HR function. You will manage full-cycle hiring across all levels of the organisation and play a key part in shaping the resort's people strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels, from line colleagues to leadership and international program participants Manage and nurture relationships with external recruitment partners Build talent pipelines through community outreach, career fairs, and strategic partnerships Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave programs, and retirement plans Support new hire onboarding and colleague offboarding in coordination with the wider HR team Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and present recommendations to HR leadership Advise managers on recruitment best practices, employee relations, and performance management
WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum 2 years of HR or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a luxury resort environment Familiarity with international hiring programs is a strong advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
