Overview:

As a Ski Valet at Big Sky Resort, you'll create an unforgettable first and last impression for our guests. This role is all about delivering prompt, courteous service while assisting guests with their winter sports equipment to ensure a seamless ski-in/ski-out experience. You'll help store and retrieve gear, keep the area organized, and provide insight into current ski conditions—all while representing the high standards of Big Sky hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and handle storage and retrieval of skis, snowboards, and boots with care Maintain a clean and organized ski valet area at all times Ensure guest belongings are stored securely and treated with respect Offer friendly advice and guidance on ski conditions and mountain navigation Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for any rental-related transactions Remain calm and in control in fast-paced and high-pressure environments Support the overall guest experience by being responsive and proactive with guest needs

Qualifications:
