About ECRE:
Eagle Creek Renewable Energy is a leading Independent Power Producer with a focus on the operation of hydropower and developing community-scale solar projects. We believe hydropower and solar are key sustainable resources that play a critical and growing role in meeting demand for clean energy and a low-carbon economy. Through our work, we offset over 1.9 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year while protecting historical resources and the environment.
About the role:
The Manager of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manager will plan, develop, and execute strategies and processes to attract, proactively build, and maintain a quality talent pipeline to fill open positions. This position will report to the Vice President of Human Resources. This position will require in-office presence at our corporate location in Badin, NC. A hybrid/flexible work schedule would be considered for candidates in the surrounding Charlotte metro area. What you'll do: Partner with functional leadership to set and implement recruiting strategies and talent sourcing programs to meet business and operational needs for the organization. Analyze workforce data to identify trends, forecasting staffing needs, and developing workforce strategies to address skill gaps or talent shortages. Lead full life cycle recruiting process from requisition posting through sourcing and offer acceptance, assisting with transition to onboarding, as needed. Develop & manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent. Analyze external market trends to identify key talent and understand core components of compensation. Conduct research on industry best practices and benchmarks to inform ECRE's workforce management plan. Forecast hiring needs based on business plans in order to be aligned with Company's goals and objectives. In partnership with talent management, develop and support employee retention strategies, including succession planning and career development programs. Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple types of roles. Produces monthly and/or quarterly reports on workforce key metrics. Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company. Develop and implement strategies for employer branding, diversity, and inclusion to attract top talent. Manage ECRE's relationship with recruiting agencies, and other external partners to enhance the company's talent pipeline. Includes, but not limited to colleges, job boards and HR software vendors. Knowledgeable about relevant employment laws, company policies, and compliance regulations. Perform other job relevant duties as assigned What skills and experience you'll need: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Talent Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, Business Partner, or similar role providing full cycle recruitment efforts for a large corporate organization. Experience recruiting in the skilled trade or construction industries highly preferred but not required. Previous experience developing workforce planning and budgetary strategies for multiple corporate departments. Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and pay close attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and the capacity to work independently as well as in collaboration with others is required. •Eagle Creek RE Management, LLC is an equal opportunity employer•
