The primary focus of this role is Accounts Receivable and customer account follow-up, while also supporting recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration. Recruiting & Hiring Coordination Post and manage job listings across hiring platforms Review resumes and coordinate interviews Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding and hiring paperwork Help improve recruiting systems and hiring organization Primary ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & Customer Account Coordination Manage Accounts Receivable follow-up and collections communication Monitor outstanding invoices and customer account balances Professionally communicate with customers regarding payments, billing questions, and account updates Help improve cash flow by maintaining consistent account follow-up Assist with reconciliations and identifying billing discrepancies Maintain organized records, notes, and follow-up schedules Coordinate internally to resolve billing or account concerns quickly and professionally HR & Administrative Support Maintain organized employee records and HR documentation Support onboarding and employee communication Assist leadership with administrative and operational projects Help maintain organization within Aspire, QuickBooks, and internal systems Support a professional, organized, and positive office environment Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable handling customer payment conversations professionally Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional and confident communication skills Experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, office administration, recruiting, or HR preferred Experience with QuickBooks, Aspire, Microsoft Office, or CRM/accounting software is a plus What Success Looks Like in This Role Customer accounts stay organized and followed up consistently Communication with customers and applicants is professional and timely Recruiting and onboarding processes improve over time Leadership can rely on you to stay organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented You take ownership and help strengthen the company as we continue growing About GrowPro GrowPro is committed to excellence through solutions, clear communication, and a drive for growth.
