Job Description

Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Manager, Manufacturing Reports to:
SVP Human Resources Direct Reports:
None, individual contributor role
Job Location:
Asbury, New Jersey (West New Jersey); Hybrid after 1 year; Fridays are remote immediately
Job Purpose:
Manages full-cycle in-house recruiting for exempt and non-exempt plant and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Plant hiring includes Quality, Maintenance, Shipping and Receiving, and Production roles; corporate hiring includes Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Service roles as needed. This role requires prior in-house manufacturing recruiting experience and supports the Asbury Corporate Office, Asbury NJ plant, Sunbury NJ plant, DeQuincy LA plant, R&D center, and other Asbury locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Outreach:
Build talent pipelines for plant and corporate roles through job boards, career fairs, on-site recruiting events, social media, professional networks, referrals, and community partnerships. 2.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates for role-specific skills, manufacturing environment fit, availability, and alignment with company expectations. 3.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with plant leaders and corporate department managers to clarify role requirements, prioritize openings, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop accurate job postings. 4.
Offer Management:
Coordinate offer details, salary expectations, start dates, and employment terms with candidates, hiring managers, and HR leadership. 5.
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking, open position reports, and documentation aligned with company hiring practices. Must report talent management metrics weekly, quarterly, and annually. Open, days to fill, turnover metrics. 6.
Pre-Employment Coordination:
Coordinate background checks, drug screens, physicals, references, and other pre-employment requirements, with particular attention to plant hiring timelines and operational needs.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •
Experience:
Prior in-house recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment is required, including full-cycle recruiting for plant roles such as quality, maintenance, shipping and receiving, and production. Corporate recruiting experience in Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, or Customer Service is preferred. •
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with job boards, direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and recruiting tracking/reporting in Excel. Ability to use AI to establish competitive recruiting salaries.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships efficiently. • Ability to demonstrate 30 Asbury fundamental behaviors.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
