Job Description
Position Summary :
The Recruiting & Office Coordinator will play a key role in helping Double A Landscaping build and maintain a strong team. They will be responsible for recruiting, making phone calls, following up with applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with employee development and other HR responsibilities. The ideal person is organized, proactive, comfortable talking to people, and willing to take ownership of the recruiting process. They will also assist management with various office tasks and other duties as assigned to help support the overall success and growth of the company.About Double A Landscaping:

Performance Objectives Communicates with applicants regarding job opportunities, interviews, and next steps. Conducts phone calls and follows up with candidates throughout the recruiting process. Sources and recruits qualified candidates for open positions. Schedules and conducts interviews with potential team members. Coordinates the hiring and onboarding process for new employees. Maintains accurate employee records and HR documentation. Communicates with team members regarding company policies, expectations, and HR-related matters. Holds self and team members accountable to company policies and procedures. Assists with employee retention, engagement, and team development. Helps create and improve HR procedures and systems to increase efficiency. Reports recruiting and HR updates to management on a regular basis. Assists management with office responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Supports the management team with various projects and initiatives as the company continues to grow. Capabilities/Key Competencies Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking with applicants and team members. Confident making phone calls and following up consistently with candidates. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once. Demonstrates a great attitude and positive, professional approach each day. Punctual, dependable, and takes ownership of responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized with HR and employee information. Proactive and willing to take initiative without needing constant direction. Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information. Comfortable using technology, email, phone systems, and company software. Willingness to answer texts, emails, and calls after hours when necessary. Ability to work closely with management and support the team with other duties as assigned. Previous recruiting, HR, office, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
