PRODUCTIVITY COACH - REAL ESTATE
Keller Williams Realty Group | Scarsdale, NY Keller Williams Realty Group in Scarsdale is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Productivity Coach who is passionate about helping real estate agents build successful, sustainable businesses. This role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional who understands that success comes from mastering the fundamentals: lead generation, follow-up, appointments, conversion, accountability, and consistent execution. What You'll Do Coach and mentor new and developing agents as they build their real estate businesses Help agents establish goals, business plans, daily activities, and measurable accountability Conduct individual coaching sessions, group coaching, role-play, and skill-building activities Teach and reinforce lead generation, database management, follow-up, prospecting, open houses, and appointment conversion Help agents move from training into consistent production Track agent activities, appointments, contracts, closings, and overall productivity Create a culture of accountability, energy, growth, and achievement Collaborate with Market Center leadership to identify agents who would benefit from additional coaching and support Reinforce Keller Williams models, systems, tools, and training Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: An experienced real estate professional with a strong understanding of sales and lead generation A natural coach, mentor, and leader who enjoys helping others succeed Highly accountable, organized, energetic, and results-oriented Comfortable having direct conversations around goals, activities, and performance A strong communicator who can motivate agents while holding them accountable Familiar with Keller Williams models, systems, and culture — KW experience is strongly preferred The Opportunity This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on agents at one of the most important stages of their careers.
