Job Description:
The Temporary Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) reports to the Associate Director of Talent Management as part of the Talent Management team within Syracuse University's Office of Human Resources. This temporary role will support talent acquisitions functions across the team, including but not limited to: managing full life-cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies, sourcing candidates, completing screening interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system, assisting with hire processes for faculty, temporary and bargaining unit candidates, and supporting community outreach and career event initiatives. The position is expected to last 3-6 months, with a possibility of future full-time work.
