Selling Branch Manager - Staffing & Recruiting Defiance, OH | $45,000 -$56,000 Base

+ Incentives Are you a strong salesperson who also knows how to lead a team? We are looking for a motivated Selling Branch Manager to take ownership of our Defiance staffing operation. This isn't a position where you'll spend your day sitting behind a desk managing reports. We need someone who enjoys getting into the local business community, meeting employers, developing relationships and creating new business. You'll lead a recruiting team while personally driving sales and developing staffing relationships throughout Defiance and Northwest Ohio. What You'll Do Develop new staffing clients through prospecting, networking, referrals and in-person visits. Build relationships with HR managers, plant managers, operations leaders and business owners. Grow existing client accounts and reactivate past customers. Lead, coach and develop the branch recruiting team. Help establish recruiting priorities and strategies Ensure clients receive responsive, high-quality service. Proactively market qualified candidates to potential employers. Build a strong presence in the local business community. Take ownership of the overall growth and success of the branch. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Comfortable prospecting and asking for business. Competitive and motivated by results. Strong at building business relationships. Able to lead and hold a team accountable. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable visiting clients and prospects throughout the local market. Staffing industry experience is strongly preferred, but we will consider an accomplished B2B salesperson with leadership ability and experience selling services to manufacturers or other local employers.
