The Manager, Talent Acquisition leads and manages the recruiting team responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across all lines of business. This role is accountable for the performance of Talent Acquisition Specialists and the execution of hiring strategies aligned with workforce needs. The Manager drives operational excellence, hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and pipeline health while partnering with business leaders to support growth. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a proactive, data-informed, and people-centered approach to hiring.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day-to-day operations of the recruiting function and oversee the performance of all Talent Acquisition Specialists Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill clinical, corporate, and operational roles with high-quality candidates Monitor and manage key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, and 30/90-day stick rates Oversee use of Workday and other recruiting tools to ensure accurate tracking, candidate flow, and compliance Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs and workforce trends Own recruiter training and onboarding, including process documentation, systems knowledge, and best practices Support passive candidate outreach strategies, talent marketing efforts, and employer branding initiatives Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience across all markets Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, sourcing techniques, and compensation competitiveness Provide recruiting reports and insights to leadership and proactively address hiring challenges Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment laws and regulations Perform other duties as assigned
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise all Talent Acquisition Specialists Set performance expectations, manage workloads, and provide ongoing coaching and support Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and development planning Identify and address performance challenges while fostering continuous growth and recognition Promote a team culture centered on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and service Partner with HR leadership to adjust team structure, tools, and priorities based on organizational needs
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, systems (Workday or similar), and sourcing tools Proven track record of managing recruiting performance metrics and driving hiring success Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Experience with high-volume or healthcare hiring strongly preferred
EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS
