Job Description Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction industry. Identify, pursue and foster relationships with potential candidates to fill roles in assigned market. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing and recruiting solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic account management. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Manager should have: Experience with business development and recruiting. Strong knowledge of the construction industry and market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
