The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the full-cycle recruiting strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with the organization's goals. This role partners closely with leadership and HR to build strong pipelines, enhance employer branding, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives Forecast hiring needs with department leaders Build workforce planning models and talent pipelines Full-Cycle Recruiting Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes Ensure consistent and fair hiring practices Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop recruiting team members Set performance metrics (KPIs) and track recruiter productivity Drive continuous improvement within recruiting functions Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs Advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and candidate assessment Act as a strategic partner to HR and leadership Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Strengthen employer brand through marketing and outreach initiatives Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience Leverage social media, job boards, and networking channels Data & Reporting Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) Use analytics to improve hiring strategies Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integrity and reporting Compliance & Best Practices Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Maintain ethical and consistent hiring standards
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience. 3+ years of leadership or people management experience. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
