From recruiting clinical providers to welcoming new team members on day one, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our organization continues to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. What You'll Do Lead Recruitment with Purpose Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical roles—from workforce planning to onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build thoughtful, effective hiring strategies Source, screen, and guide candidates through a smooth, respectful, and engaging hiring process Support provider recruitment and coordinate contracts in collaboration with executive leadership Create a Welcoming New Hire Experience Ensure every new employee feels supported, informed, and excited from offer acceptance through orientation Coordinate onboarding logistics and serve as a trusted point of contact for new hires Build Systems that Work Smarter Lead the implementation and optimization of our Paycom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Design efficient workflows, improve processes, and elevate the candidate experience Train and support hiring managers to strengthen hiring practices across the organization What You Bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare preferred) Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Experience with Paycom or similar ATS systems (preferred) What You'll Love About Working Here Mission-Driven Work Be part of an organization that is deeply committed to improving community health and expanding access to care.
