No prior recruiting experience required—we provide the training. What matters most is your ability to prioritize, communicate, and drive results. What You'll Do Partner with clients to understand hiring needs across multiple departments Recruit and interview candidates for roles including customer service, administrative support, accounting, data entry, and professional positions Manage multiple open roles while maintaining organization and urgency Conduct phone and in-person/virtual interviews to evaluate candidate fit Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Track performance metrics, including interviews, placements, and starts Guide candidates through the hiring process—from first conversation to onboarding What We're Looking For We're especially interested in candidates who have supported or led operations across multiple functions, such as: Operations Management or Business Operations Call Center or Customer Service Leadership Workforce Coordination or Staffing Support Project or Program Coordination Office Operations with exposure to multiple departments You'll be a strong fit if you: Have experience working across different teams or departments Are comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment Have interviewed, coached, or managed employees Are goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics Communicate clearly and build relationships quickly Stay organized while managing competing priorities Compensation & Growth Base salary: $52,000 - $60,000 , based on experience Additional earning potential as you grow into full-cycle recruiting, including Direct Hire opportunities This role offers a clear path for growth into recruiting, account management, or business development.
