Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Coach agents on productivity, business planning and accountability Conduct individual and small-group training Lead engaging office meetings and educational programs Help agents improve prospecting, follow-up and use of technology Encourage participation and strengthen office culture Assist with recruiting, onboarding and retention Identify agents who need additional support and help them develop Work closely with and support the Broker/Owner and leadership team Real estate experience is required. Previous experience as a productivity coach, team leader, sales manager, trainer or successful real estate agent is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who is positive, confident, organized, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator—someone agents naturally turn to for guidance. Full-time position with competitive base salary plus opportunity for performance incentives.Pay:
