People Source Staffing is growing in Austin, and we're looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter / Operations Manager to help us take our Austin market to the next level! People Source is a growing staffing company specializing in CDL Drivers, Skilled Trades, Manufacturing, and Light Industrial staffing solutions . We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients and associates while creating a workplace that feels more like a family than a corporation. About the Opportunity This is a great opportunity for an experienced staffing professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll play a key role in recruiting, operations, client support, and branch growth , while helping establish and grow our presence in the Austin market. This position is currently 100% remote. As our Austin operation continues to grow, this role has the potential to transition into a hybrid or office-based position within the next year. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified candidates Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of CDL drivers, skilled tradespeople, manufacturing, and light industrial workers Manage day-to-day staffing operations for the Austin market Work closely with clients to understand staffing needs and provide qualified candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and employees Coordinate employee onboarding, scheduling, assignments, and ongoing support Monitor attendance, performance, and employee issues Help ensure compliance with company policies and staffing requirements Work with the recruiting team to develop creative strategies to attract qualified talent Assist with growing the Austin branch and developing new business opportunities Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates Be willing to jump in wherever needed—this is a growing operation, and teamwork is key! What We're Looking For 2+ years of staffing industry experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers, skilled trades, manufacturing, or light industrial workers is highly preferred Experience in staffing operations, branch management, recruiting management, or a similar role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with recruiting and staffing technology A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and building relationships
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$65,000-$70,000 annually , based on experience.
