Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our organization's talent sourcing and recruitment initiatives. This pivotal role involves designing innovative talent acquisition strategies, managing high-volume and executive recruiting efforts, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and potential candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for building diverse talent pipelines, leveraging cutting-edge HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. As a key driver of our growth, you will champion a positive candidate experience while aligning recruitment practices with organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across all levels and functions. Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques including social media marketing, cold calling, and research to generate candidate leads. Manage full cycle recruiting processes from candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants. Oversee the use of talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, ATS systems, and HR systems to track recruitment metrics and streamline hiring workflows. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external recruitment agencies to meet staffing needs efficiently. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal standards, and company policies throughout all recruitment activities. Lead employer branding initiatives through social media platforms and other channels to enhance the organization's visibility in the talent market. Conduct training sessions on interviewing techniques, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and succession planning for HR teams and hiring managers. Skills Proven expertise in negotiation, candidate sourcing, and full cycle recruiting across diverse industries. Strong talent management skills with experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR legal compliance. Proficiency in HR sourcing tools such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, ATS platforms, Talent management software, HR systems, and recruiting databases like Kenexa BrassRing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates via social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research methods, and relationship management. Deep understanding of employment law in talent management including employment & labor law regulations. Experience in technical recruiting for specialized roles requiring targeted sourcing strategies. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
