Hiring Manager Company:
OrthoLegal Position Overview OrthoLegal is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Hiring Manager to oversee and support recruitment efforts across multiple departments within the organization. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day hiring process, from maintaining job postings and conducting initial candidate screenings to coordinating interviews and helping department leaders identify and hire the right talent. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple open positions simultaneously, understands how to identify strong candidates, communicates professionally, and can quickly adapt recruiting efforts as departmental needs change. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring Manage recruitment efforts for multiple departments and positions across the organization. Partner with department leaders to understand current and upcoming staffing needs. Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings based on department requirements. Post open positions across appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms. Monitor job postings and update or refresh listings as needed to attract qualified candidates. Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet position requirements. Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings with prospective candidates. Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit. Coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and department leadership. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Track candidates through each stage of the recruitment process. Assist with extending offers and coordinating the transition from candidate to new hire. Department Workforce Support Work closely with department managers to understand staffing gaps and changing workforce needs. Adjust recruiting strategies and job postings based on department priorities. Help determine the appropriate candidate profile for different positions. Maintain awareness of upcoming hiring needs and proactively build candidate pipelines. Provide leadership with updates regarding open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress. Identify recurring hiring challenges and recommend improvements to the recruitment process. Job Board & Candidate Management Manage and maintain active job postings across multiple platforms. Ensure job descriptions, requirements, compensation information, and other posting details remain accurate and current. Monitor applicant volume and candidate quality for each position. Make recommendations regarding where and how positions should be advertised. Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment tracking. Ensure candidates are moved through the hiring process in a timely manner. Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Process Improvement Develop and maintain standardized recruiting processes and workflows. Identify opportunities to make the hiring process more efficient and organized. Create screening questions and evaluation criteria for different positions. Track recruiting metrics such as applicants, screenings, interviews, offers, and hires. Help establish best practices for recruiting across departments. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of job postings and recruiting sources. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, hiring, or human resources experience preferred. Experience managing recruitment for multiple departments or a growing organization strongly preferred. Strong interviewing and candidate-screening skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong judgment and ability to assess candidates objectively. Comfortable communicating with candidates at all levels of experience. Proficient with job boards, applicant tracking systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with department leadership. Strong follow-through and ability to meet hiring timelines. Professional, approachable, and confident communication style. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a self-directed recruiter who can take ownership of the entire front end of the hiring process . You are someone who can receive a request for a new position, understand what the department needs, create or update the posting, identify where the position should be advertised, screen applicants, and deliver a strong shortlist of candidates to the hiring manager.

This position is an important part of OrthoLegal's continued growth and will have the opportunity to help build and improve the company's overall recruiting strategy and hiring processes.

From $75,000.00 per year
