The International Graduate Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a graduate recruiting plan with the goal of increasing the quantity and quality of our international graduate applicant pool, with an emphasis on the College's portfolio of Master's programs. The successful incumbent will develop and utilize appropriate metrics to gauge the effectiveness of specific strategies, and will work with faculty and staff across the College and the Office of International Affairs to develop innovative and targeted recruiting approaches. Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruiting plan for diversifying and expanding our international student base for engineering graduate programs Identify viable markets for international student recruitment using appropriate data to drive strategic decisions and resource allocation Identify opportunities among the current MOUs with international universities; organize methods for re-engagement and new engagements with high-value partners. Facilitate collaboration among Rossin College staff, faculty and students to increase graduate enrollments and to improve Lehigh visibility to prospective international graduate students Partner with department personnel, program directors, faculty and the Office of International Affairs to develop and implement an appropriate recruiting strategy to promote Rossin College graduate programs, including in-person and online offerings Maintain memberships and participation in appropriate professional societies (e.g. NAGAP, NPSMA, etc.) Work with international students in the admissions process to complete applications, provide guidance and serve as an admissions representative for the College Maintain regular communications with the Office of International Students and Scholars about visa and compliance issues that impact students' admissions and enrollment Coordinate international student orientation, in collaboration with the Office of International Students and Scholars 2. Create and implement targeted recruitment strategies in order to increase graduate program enrollments Research and identify targeted prospective international student pools Research and remain up to date with latest data and policy trends impacting international students seeking higher education in the US Partner with communications and marketing team to create and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aimed at international student recruiting Organize, promote, and facilitate webinars, open houses, information sessions, and additional promotional events; work with Marketing and Communications to ensure opportunities are broadly announced through social media and other campaigns, as appropriate to our international audience Work with Lehigh's in-country representative(s) to develop recruiting strategies in specific markets such as India 3. Develop and utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies Collaborate with department faculty and Program Directors to organize, enhance and track individual recruiting efforts and opportunities Maintain accurate data for informed decision-making, creating internal and external reports as needed Monitor recruitment funnel and application pool; identify trends and opportunities 4. Develop and coordinate global academic partnerships for the Rossin College Actively manage a portfolio of agents and international university and organizational partnerships focused primarily on student recruitment and academic programs Assess efficacy of existing partnerships, and recommend continuing engagement, re-engagement or retirement of those partnerships as appropriate Recommend new engagements with high-value partners in target markets Partner with communications and marketing team to create and execute a cohesive international marketing strategy aimed at new and existing partners and agents
