Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the company's hiring efforts by creating and executing the talent acquisition strategy. While this position has oversight of a team of recruiters, the manager also supports full lifecycle recruiting for key positions. Further, this position oversees immigration and mobility processes, the applicant tracking system (ATS) and helps create and maintain process automation. The incumbent must be very organized, be a good communicator in verbal and written fashion, and be capable of completing large and complex projects in a timely manner. Responsibilities Assign business units and recruiting portfolios to balance requisition workloads among the team Develop and execute the annual recruiting strategy aligned with business objectives across the region Translate workforce plans into department priorities, including recruiting goals, service levels, and performance standards for the team Develop strategies for high-volume, professional, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through strategic sourcing, community partnerships, and employer relations. Develop strategies to reduce reliance on external recruiting agencies Develop the organization's employer-of-choice strategy in partnership with stakeholders Ensure recruiting practices and processes are consistent across units while allowing for legitimate local differences Monitor systems, vendors, and processes to ensure they operate effectively Identify system enhancements and process automation initiatives to improve recruiting efficiency, data accuracy, user experience, and operational scalability Ensure that mobility operations and community relations strategies are developed and executed Develop strong relationships with P&C and business stakeholders to monitor needs and team performance Own team scorecards and bring labor market intelligence to the GBS team and stakeholders Own annual budget and vendor management (background checks, compliance reporting, etc.) Establish individual performance expectations, conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to ensure team members are on track for annual goals and development opportunities Coach and mentor recruiters on difficult searches Manage executive and critical requisitions (up to 10 requisitions in high-volume periods) Review recruiting pipelines and requisition aging to ensure resources are prioritized Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field 7-10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience, including: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and people leadership High-volume and professional recruiting Recruiting strategy and workforce planning Recruiting analytics
