Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager - ABA / Behavioral Health Remote or Hybrid Base Salary + Management Bonus Structure Build the Talent Pipeline That Drives Our Growth StepOne Neurodiversity Services is dedicated to building an innovative and creative environment that allows our Teams to do what they do best - deliver high quality, evidence-based therapies to create meaningful outcomes for clients and their caregivers. We are a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization seeking an experienced recruiting professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or current Recruiting Manager who is ready to take on greater ownership, expand their impact, and help build a scalable recruiting function. You may currently be an individual contributor who has become the "go-to" person for difficult searches, recruiting strategy, sourcing, and process improvement—or you may already be managing a recruiting team. What matters most is that you know how to build candidate pipelines, solve staffing challenges, use recruiting data to drive decisions, and consistently improve hiring results. This role can be performed remotely or hybrid in our Pittsburgh, PA corporate office (if local to Pittsburgh). The Role You will be responsible for driving our recruiting strategy across the organization, with a particular focus on generating new candidates, strengthening pipelines, and ensuring we have the staff needed to support new and existing ABA cases. You'll work closely with clinical and operational leaders to understand where staffing is needed, determine the best recruiting approach, and turn those needs into measurable recruiting results. This is a hands-on role. You'll be expected to stay close to the candidate market, personally support challenging searches, test new sourcing strategies, and lead by example. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support the recruiting team to achieve hiring goals, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and consistently meet staffing needs through clear expectations, accountability, and best practices. Develop and test recruiting strategies for BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and other key roles. Mentor the recruiting team to build proactive candidate pipelines rather than relying solely on applicants. Manage university focused ambassador style recruiters to socialize, pipeline, and recruit candidates for the Company's BACB practicum fieldwork program for aspiring BCBAs. Expand connections with university partners to support the Company's BACB practicum fieldwork program. Evaluate new markets and develop creative recruiting strategies to establish a presence, build local talent pipelines, and successfully penetrate new markets as the organization expands. Help build and communicate an employer brand that attracts people who want to build a career in ABA throughout the recruiting team. Identify new and creative ways to generate candidate flow through sourcing, referrals, universities, community partnerships, networking, social media, and recruiting events. Partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to understand case staffing needs, upcoming growth, and hiring priorities. Use recruiting metrics to identify pipeline gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor metrics such as candidate flow, qualified candidates, interview conversion, offers, offer acceptance, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and retention. Communicate metric reports to management and create and implement plans to improve the recruiting department's performance on an ongoing basis. Evaluate recruiting channels based on actual hiring results and continuously improve sourcing strategies. Develop and implement recruiting best practices, processes, and standards. Support, coach, and share best practices with other recruiters as the team grows. Design and execute strategies for difficult, high-priority, or hard-to-fill positions. Partner with hiring managers to improve job requirements, interview processes, candidate experience, and hiring speed. Help forecast recruiting needs based on new cases, clinic growth, and expansion into new markets. Identify staffing risks early and develop action plans to address them. Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline information in the ATS. What Success Looks Like You'll know you're succeeding when: We consistently generate qualified candidates in volume to meet staffing needs, providing managers options. Recruiting pipelines are built before staffing needs become urgent. Recruiters are managed to clear goals, metrics, and best practices with professional development plans based on individual strengths and weaknesses. Difficult positions have defined sourcing strategies and action plans. Recruiting decisions are driven by data rather than assumptions. Time-to-fill and candidate conversion meet or exceed industry standards. We can confidently support new ABA cases, clinic growth, and expansion into new markets because our talent pipeline is keeping pace. Why Join Us? This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing ABA organization while building your career in Talent Acquisition. Whether you're ready to move from Senior Recruiter to Manager or you're an experienced recruiting manager looking for an opportunity to build something and have greater influence, this role provides the opportunity to own recruiting strategy, influence organizational growth, and build a recruiting function that scales with the company. If you are an experienced recruiter who knows how to find talent, build pipelines, solve staffing challenges, and use data to improve recruiting results, we want to hear from you.
