Hybrid | Westlake, TX (4 days on-site per week) About the Role As a Senior Corporate Recruiter , you will serve as a strategic talent advisor and full-lifecycle recruitment partner across key business organizations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior hiring managers and cross-functional human resources teams to design and execute modern, data-driven talent acquisition strategies. Your mission will be to identify, engage, and evaluate high-caliber, diverse talent pipelines for complex and specialized positions, while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and business partners alike. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Talent Advising & Intake Design, implement, and lead data-informed recruiting strategies aligned with immediate business objectives and long-term workforce planning. Act as a consultative advisor to hiring managers, providing real-time labor market intelligence, competitive compensation trends, and strategic talent recommendations. Facilitate in-depth intake and calibration sessions to establish role requirements, core competencies, evaluation criteria, and delivery timelines. Leverage enterprise business acumen to influence hiring strategies and drive optimal talent acquisition outcomes. 2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Build, nurture, and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for both current requisitions and anticipated future workforce demands. Deploy multi-channel sourcing methodologies, advanced search strategies, and creative candidate engagement campaigns to attract passive talent. Analyze market conditions, competitor landscapes, and employer brand reputation to continuously optimize sourcing efforts. 3. Candidate Assessment, Interviewing & Selection Conduct structured, competency- and skills-based evaluations to assess candidate capabilities and organizational alignment. Partner with interview panels to establish standardized, equitable, and objective assessment processes. Develop role-specific interview rubrics, lead post-interview debrief discussions, and synthesize panel feedback into actionable hiring recommendations. Champion inclusive hiring practices, ensuring diverse candidate slates across all open requisitions. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Candidate Experience Establish strong, consultative relationships with HR business partners, total rewards teams, and organizational leadership. Provide an engaging, transparent, and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the interview and selection lifecycle. Facilitate clear, professional communication across all levels of leadership, adjusting messaging effectively for varying audiences. Share recruiting insights, industry best practices, and innovative sourcing tools across the broader talent acquisition team. 5. Compliance, Operational Excellence & Leadership Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, employment laws, and organizational hiring policies. Manage competing priorities and balance multiple active requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment. Informally mentor and coach junior recruiters while supporting departmental optimization initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Experience:
5-7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience within a corporate talent acquisition environment or an executive search firm.
Recruitment Expertise:
Demonstrated track record of designing and executing tailored sourcing and recruiting strategies for complex or niche positions.
Assessment Skills:
Proven experience facilitating structured, competency-based interviews and candidate evaluations.
Stakeholder Management:
Exceptional consultative, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume requisitions with attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Technical Proficiency:
