Job Description

- Providing hands-on field training and collaborative work experiences
- Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions
- Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
- Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
- Creating a dynamic, competitive, and team-oriented environment
- Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers Beneficial Qualifications and/or
Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teams
- Background in insurance sales with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while inspiring teams
Compensation:
As an Agency Development Manager, you have the potential to earn competitive commissions based on sales results, including renewal income, bonuses, and world-class trips.
