This role works directly with ownership and is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, employee performance, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can maintain a strong workforce, improve operational efficiency, and implement systems that support continued growth. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates Coordinate onboarding, training, and new-hire documentation Manage employee schedules and staffing requirements Monitor attendance, call-outs, tardiness, and employee reliability Assist with employee performance, coaching, and accountability Support and oversee day-to-day operational activities Identify and resolve staffing and operational issues quickly Develop and improve SOPs, checklists, workflows, and internal processes Track recruiting, staffing, and operational KPIs Ensure departments remain properly staffed Communicate directly with ownership regarding staffing, performance, and operational needs Assist with developing team leads and additional management as the organization expands Qualifications Experience in recruiting, staffing, operations, or team management Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills Experience recruiting and managing hourly employees preferred Strong leadership and employee-management skills Excellent organization and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable holding employees accountable to performance and attendance standards Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Experience with high-volume staffing or branch management is a plus E-commerce, retail, sales, or live-commerce experience is a plus but not required What Success Looks Like Success in this position means maintaining a reliable and properly staffed workforce, developing a strong recruiting pipeline, improving employee performance and accountability, strengthening operational processes, and helping ensure daily operations continue running efficiently as the company expands.
