Summary:
Cook Children's Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the applicant experience, Talent Acquisition implementations, sourcing and vendor management. You will coordinate the employment and onboarding functions, identify recruitment sources and strategies, lead the social media and talent brand initiatives. In this role, you will also facilitate the hiring process from applicant sourcing/screening to onboarding/orientation for assigned areas of responsibility. As the Manager, you will Implementation of new technologies, policies, and procedures are the responsibility of the manager. You will oversee the recruiters, the secretarial pool, and the onboarding team. In the Manager role, you will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition in developing strategies to support recruiting efforts and other employment related activities, including tracking the budget, being a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, and handling project work, as assigned by the director.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of five years' work experience in recruitment required Have experience with Workday Prior Management experience Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills preferred PHR and/or SHRM-CP, preferred
