Job Title

  • Talent Advisor, Sr. Duration
  • 15 months Location
  • Westlake, TX 76262 (4 days onsite and 5th day remote.

Candidate can pick their remote day)

Note:

Ability to work in one of the stated office location, 4 days a week and the 5th day is remote. This role will support hiring in our Service and Operations organizations (volume recruitment) Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting company's business verticals. Conducting resume reviews and phone screening to assess and recommend top talent for our client facing roles. Extend offers, work through the background checking process, and align with hiring managers. Must have proven recruiting experience (6+ years) Ability to work high volume requisitions and niche one-off requisitions. Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills, and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools. Superior negotiating skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of initiative and accountability. Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) Prior experience in the financial services industry a plus.

Experience:

Required At least 6 years of recruiting experience. Ability to handle up to 25 unique requisitions. Prior experience recruiting across multiple geographies

Education:

Preferred Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
