PayRate :

$55/hr-$60/hr Key Responsibilities Lead and manage technical programs from planning through execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions Drive program timelines, milestones, and deliverables Analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership Support data-driven decision-making and reporting Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management Strong understanding of program/project management methodologies Solid networking fundamentals Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Proven track record of delivering results Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Data Center (DC) infrastructure Experience with DWDM or backbone networking technologies Exposure to data analysis, software systems, or AI technologies The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually - as applicable.
