Within ITA, the Technical Program Management team bridges the gap between vision and practical implementation, orchestrating complex projects from inception to delivery. Key job responsibilities The Senior Technical Program Manager will define, and implement multiple data and web-based solutions on a global scale. You will partner with engineering teams in North America and Europe to plan, design and communicate the implementation and adoption of new programs and processes for the global ITA organisation. You will manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines, requiring frequent multi-layered communication, organization/time management, and creative problem-solving skills. You will identify risks/opportunities in technical strategies while defining integration patterns for diverse business needs Act as a key internal resource in the analysis, measurement, and requirements-gathering related to system health monitoring across the ITA organization You will collaborate with our associate hiring data engineering and science teams to support diverse and innovative projects in site selection and hiring events on a global scale. About the team The Intelligent Talent Acquisition (ITA) team supports the Amazon Talent Solutions (TS) organization by transforming data into insights on hourly associate and corporate hiring within Amazon. While TS is responsible for the management of the hourly and corporate talent supply chain, the ITA team in particular focuses on defining analytics that measure the performance of the program. While we continue to work on metrics that help monitor the health of the program we also spend efforts on identifying efficiencies in the process path through the power of data and predictive analytics.

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
