Job Description Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and role levels Build diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach Design and deliver a seamless, engaging onboarding experience Support benefits administration and manage open enrollment processes Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive company culture Coordinate performance management cycles and training initiatives Identify skill gaps and implement development programs Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance standards are met Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and consistency MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
