Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring that Lemontree Healthcare attracts, hires, and retains top talent across all departments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build a recruitment framework to support the organization's growth while maintaining a strong focus on culture fit, diversity, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the company's hiring goals. Create a talent pipeline to proactively source high-quality candidates across various roles and departments.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and coach the talent acquisition team to ensure effective execution of recruitment strategies. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to hire.
Employer Branding:
Work closely with marketing and communications teams to build and enhance the company's employer brand. Create compelling messaging to attract top candidates and showcase [Company Name] as an employer of choice.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals to find passive and active candidates.
Diversity & Inclusion:
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process. Develop strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure the hiring process is unbiased and inclusive.
Hiring Manager Partnerships:
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Metrics & Reporting:
Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes.
Market Research & Trends:
Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices. Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to continually refine and improve recruitment strategies.
Onboarding Process:
Ensure that candidates have a positive onboarding experience, working closely with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth transitions from offer acceptance to first day.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and other HR software.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent pipelines. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using recruitment data to drive decisions. Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring. Experience building and fostering diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
