As a Manager in Training , you'll work alongside an experienced District General Agent while learning how to recruit, coach, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities Recruit, train, coach, and develop independent sales representatives. Build relationships with local business owners and introduce employee benefit solutions. Help grow a successful sales organization while developing your own leadership skills. Network within the community and build long-term professional relationships. Learn the skills needed to eventually build and manage your own Colonial Life office. Work toward personal and team goals in a rewarding, entrepreneurial environment Qualifications Motivated to grow into a leadership and business ownership role Self-driven, ambitious, and committed to success Confident communicating with people and building relationships A positive team builder who enjoys helping others succeed Comfortable with networking and meeting new people Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
