$80,000- $100,000 per year (depending on experience) 📅

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee staff education and training programs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for staff training Provide ongoing education in infection control, safety, and best nursing practices Support new hires with orientation and onboarding programs Monitor and maintain employee training records and certifications Work closely with nursing leadership to enhance quality of care and professional developmentWhat We're Looking For:
Active California LVN license required DSD Certification required- Experience in staff development, training, or education within a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Passion for mentoring and developing healthcare professionals At Rock Creek Care Center , we are committed to fostering a positive and professional workplace where our staff feel valued and empowered .
