Type:

full-time Key Responsibilities Build the overseas store training framework, covering operational skills, leadership development, certification systems, and career progression pathways. Develop annual training plans, budgets, and KPIs, and drive training initiatives that enhance store operational performance. Establish a structured talent pipeline from frontline staff ? store manager ? area/region management to ensure sufficient leadership bench strength. Lead and manage the internal training team, ensuring standardized, scalable, and impactful training content delivery across markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, and Brand/Marketing to gather business needs and complete feedback loops. Monitor and evaluate training impact through metrics such as learning completion rate, certification pass rate, and improvements in store operational indicators to verify training ROI. Develop and implement digital learning tools and platforms (systems, assessments, question banks, certification modules) to improve global learning efficiency. Qualifications Experience in curriculum development or training within the F&B or retail industry preferred. Strong drive for results, growth mindset, and leadership potential. Solid understanding of store-level training systems or talent development frameworks in the restaurant/retail sector. Strong cross-cultural communication skills; experience in overseas markets is a plus. Fluent in both Chinese and English for daily work communication. Experience building a 0-to-1 training system for overseas markets is a strong advantage.
