White Point Care Center is seeking a talented and dedicated Director of Staff Development (DSD) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Director of Staff Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in staff development, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for professional growth and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive staff development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives Design and deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and develop personalized development plans Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve and expand offerings Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities, participation, and assessment results
Requirements:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) At least 2 years of experience in staff development, education and training Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
