We are hiring for a Training Manager for our Pomona, CA Manufacturing facility! You'll make an impact by: Strategic Leadership of Training Programs Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training strategies that support organizational goals, workforce development, and operational excellence. Guide and mentor training team and production trainers. Foster a culture of coaching, collaboration, and continuous learning across all levels of the organization. Serve as the primary liaison between Training, Operations, Engineering, HR, and Safety to ensure training priorities align with business objectives and production goals. Lead training efforts related to new processes, technologies, and organizational changes. Ensure smooth adoption through clear communication and effective learning interventions. Establish benchmarks for training efficiency. Leverage data analytics to assess impact, optimize training investments, and drive decision-making at the leadership level. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and learning methodologies. Introduce innovative tools and approaches that improve learner engagement and operational performance.
