  • 4:30 PM Job Summary Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager II
  • Labor & Delivery (L&D) to oversee daily clinical and operational activities, lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff. Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Manage staffing, budgets, and departmental resources. Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Required Qualifications BSN required. Active California RN License. BLS Certification. 5+ years of patient care experience. 5+ years of healthcare/business operations experience. 4+ years of leadership or nurse management experience. Labor & Delivery or Maternal Child Health leadership experience preferred.

$239,000.00
