GED Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Trains, coaches, and develops Certified General Training Managers on properly executing training programs. Performs restaurant certifications and partners with DOs and DMs to identify qualified training locations. Trains, develops, coaches, and provides follow-up support for GMITs, MITs, and RSC team members. Provides written and verbal feedback on the performance of GMITs, MITs, and RSC team members. Supports Ops Leaders with the challenging restaurants. (
Example:
QSC, Leadership, Hospitality, etc.) Supports the DMs with transition meetings; GMITs and MITs to home restaurants after training has been completed. Supports the company's test rollouts and the system launch of new programs or initiatives. Conducts management training classes and other workshops. Identifies gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and safety for team members. Collaborates on the updates of all training materials. Stays current on all Yoshinoya America operations, training procedures, and programs. Supports NROs and manages the selection of the new restaurant opening team members. Supports training for new and existing franchise operators. Provides operational and training support for new franchise restaurant openings as needed. Meets regularly with Sr. Manager, Field Training for performance conversations and guidance. Meets regularly with the Sr. Director, Training and Ops Services, for performance conversations and to stay informed on new projects.
