Job Description
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. As a Leadership Development Facilitator at Spectrum, you will be responsible for implementing and executing leadership initiatives, while providing guidance and feedback for consistent delivery and design of company-wide programs. Delivers structured and tailored leadership content (e.g., DDI, Everything DiSC, etc.) and programs aligned with company goals and strategic direction. Responsible for virtual (via Webex Meeting/Training Center) and in-person learning facilitation for middle management from Supervisors through Sr Directors. This position requires at least 5 years training delivery experience at professional level and at least 2 years of leadership training experience. How You'll Make an Impact Facilitate learning sessions for managers and directors using structured and customized leadership content aligned with Spectrum's strategic objectives Employ delivery methods such as classroom instruction, virtual training, team meetings, online learning debriefs, hands-on labs, peer coaching and train-the-trainer sessions to build participant skills Model facilitation techniques for leadership audiences, manage classroom dynamics by tracking attendance, documenting performance and addressing behavior Troubleshoot technical issues before and during sessions to maintain smooth learning environments Manage administrative duties including class preparation, schedule oversight and maintaining participant records while completing LMS requirements and evaluations Coordinate logistics for training sessions by ordering materials, booking rooms and arranging meals as needed Guide learners through activities and discussions using facilitator guides, applying business knowledge for engagement and knowledge transfer Seek input and provide feedback to learners and leaders, work individually to identify strengths and opportunities while recommending content and solutions Assist curriculum development teams as a Subject Matter Expert and participate in committees, task forces and meetings Demonstrate commitment to ongoing learning by pursuing development opportunities to strengthen job-related knowledge and leadership skills Perform other duties as requested Working Conditions Office environment with occasional travel required What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience Experience 5+ years of training delivery experience at a professional level 2+ years delivering leadership training or leading a team Skills Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English Clear and straightforward oral and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with executives, management and personnel Professionalism in public interactions Ability to maintain confidentiality Decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure Project management skills to meet deadlines Effective use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong prioritization and organizational skills Judgment, initiative and ability to accomplish job duties Capability to work independently and collaboratively Use of internal consulting models to assess needs and create objectives Teambuilding, relationship-building, facilitation and presentation skills Advanced functional and business unit skills preferred #
