Job Summary TJFACT is seeking a Senior Police Advisor to support the Department of State INL/AME program at the U.S. Embassy in Dakar, Senegal. The SPA will advise, monitor, and manage training and law enforcement reform projects, coordinating with INL staff, U.S.agencies, and Senegalese partners to improve national police capacity.
