Evenings & Weekends About the Position We are currently looking for experienced, energetic, and motivated Futsal Directors and Futsal Coaches to join and help grow our youth futsal program in the Plantation/Sunrise area. We are open to candidates interested in either a leadership/director position or a coaching position. For the Director role, we are seeking someone capable of helping lead, organize, and grow the overall futsal program. For coaching positions, we are looking for passionate coaches who understand player development and can provide high-quality futsal training in a competitive, positive environment. We want coaches who understand that futsal is more than simply indoor soccer. Candidates should understand how futsal can develop technically skilled, creative, confident, intelligent, and quick-thinking players. Director of Futsal Responsibilities Lead the overall direction and development of the futsal program Develop and implement a consistent futsal curriculum and methodology Organize player evaluations, teams, and training groups Recruit, manage, mentor, and evaluate futsal coaches Oversee weekly training sessions and competition Organize leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, and additional programming Assist with player recruitment and overall program growth Maintain consistent standards across all teams and coaches Communicate professionally with players, parents, coaches, and program leadership Help build partnerships within the South Florida soccer and futsal community Futsal Coach Responsibilities Conduct high-quality futsal training sessions Coach teams during leagues, games, and tournaments Teach futsal-specific technical and tactical concepts Develop players in areas including ball mastery, quick decision-making, movement, creativity, combination play, and 1v1 situations Follow the program's established curriculum and player-development philosophy Provide a competitive, positive, and professional training environment Communicate effectively with players, parents, and program leadership Assist with camps, clinics, evaluations, and other program events when needed Qualifications Soccer and/or futsal coaching experience Strong understanding of player development Knowledge of futsal rules, tactics, formations, and methodology preferred Experience working with competitive youth players Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, dependable, energetic, and passionate about developing players Must be available during evenings and/or weekends Must have reliable transportation to Plantation/Sunrise and surrounding areas Coaching licenses and futsal certifications are preferred but not required for the right candidate Director candidates should have previous leadership, academy, director, or program-management experience Must successfully complete all required background checks and youth-sports compliance requirements What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are passionate about futsal and player development.
