In this role, you'll design, deliver, and oversee training programs that strengthen the technical skills of our workforce. Your efforts will ensure our teams stay current with industry practices, safety standards, and new technologies—helping us deliver projects safely and effectively. What You'll Do Develop and implement technical training programs for civil construction projects. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the organization. Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations in line with industry standards. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Integrate technology and e-learning platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement. Partner with project managers, engineers, and HR to align training with company goals. Track training records, certifications, and employee progress. Manage the training budget and deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Education , or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of technical training experience in the construction industry , with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role. Strong knowledge of civil construction processes . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed. Training certifications such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Training and Development) preferred. Why Join Us?
