Here's what matters most: You are highly organized and great at working independently You can turn ideas and technical information into clear, engaging training materials You are creative and strong at building polished presentations, lesson plans, and visual content You enjoy working with leaders and subject matter experts to bring their knowledge to life This position may be structured as either full-time or part-time, with a minimum commitment of three days per week. Qualifications Highly organized, dependable, and self-directed Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation-building skills Ability to simplify complex information and organize it into clear lessons Strong project management and follow-through Comfortable collaborating with multiple managers and subject matter experts Experience in teaching, education, training, curriculum development, learning & development, or project coordination is preferred Why Join Our Team?
