This person should exhibit devotion, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of the preschool operations, frog street curriculum, staff management, and licensing compliance, ensuring that our program fosters growth, innovation, and a nurturing environment for both children and staff. Your leadership will ensure the organization's mission by implementing strategic plans, managing budgets effectively, and cultivating a vibrant community dedicated to childhood development. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals and educational standards. Lead curriculum development initiatives that promote innovative teaching practices Supervise teachers and support staff through effective personnel management and professional development facilitation. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations Manage preschool events Foster a positive preschool culture by promoting teamwork, leadership development Qualifications Proven experience in childcare setting Extensive knowledge of licensing regulations Demonstrated success in curriculum development Strong management skills with experience supervising diverse teams of teachers Excellent communication skills Experience facilitating professional development for teachers Leadership qualities that inspire innovation, foster teamwork, and promote continuous improvement within the organization.
