Qualifications Education & Licensure:
Master's degree in education, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field (preferred). Active licensure required (LMHC/LICSW).Experience:
3-5 years of experience in substance use treatment. At least 2 years of supervisory and training experience. Background in training, mentoring, coaching, or program administration (preferred). Experience developing trainings and adapting curricula using evidence-based approaches. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, trauma, traumatic brain injury (TBI), learning disabilities, and/or homelessness (preferred). Experience in Expressive Therapies (e.g., visual arts, theater, movement/dance, music) strongly preferred.Skills & Competencies:
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to train staff across a variety of learning needs. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks in a time-sensitive environment. Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfortable using data to inform and improve direct care practices. Flexible to work non-traditional hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends. Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred). Familiarity with cultural, social, economic, health, and substance use factors impacting workforce development.Other Requirements:
Must obtain Safety Care certification within 3 months of hire.Schedule Work Type :
hybrid, up to 50% in person.Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday, flexible hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends.

the team is made up of a Director of Training, Equity & Inclusion, Clinical Workforce Educator, Training Administrative Assistant, consultants and seasonal interns/volunteers.Working Conditions:
this position is full-time, 30 hours per week in an office/training environments in the community or on campus. The schedule offers flexibility to meet the needs of the staffing patterns at the organization.What we offer:
