Waterway Carwash, a leader in the premium car wash industry since 1970, is seeking a Training & Development Manager to enhance and oversee our comprehensive training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies that align with our company's goals of exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction. This role involves curriculum development, performance assessment, and leading a team of training specialists to ensure that all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. Responsibilities Develop training strategies and curricula to enhance employee skills and performance. Manage the creation and implementation of training materials and courses. Supervise and lead a team of training professionals. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule training sessions. Stay abreast of the latest trends in training methods and industry standards. Manage and maintain training budgets and training records. Required Skills Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in developing training programs and materials. Ability to analyze data and assess training program effectiveness. Knowledge of contemporary training methods and tools.
