Job Description
Intermountain Health seeks a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to advance clinical excellence across our Healthcare & Medical Services teams. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver evidence-based education, and support onboarding, competency validation, and continuing education for nurses and interprofessional staff. You will coach bedside clinicians, lead simulation and skills training, and use data to evaluate program outcomes. Collaborating with leaders and educators, you will promote best practices, drive quality and safety initiatives, and foster a patient-centered, mission-driven culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
