This involves working with network office leadership to implement training and development strategies and programs. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design and deliver training modules with tailored content and year-round follow-up Oversee the annual learning calendar, scheduling programs and securing speakers for training, Network Days, and Client Builders Lead debrief sessions with leadership, faculty, and presenters to capture insights and define action items Implement activity coaching via the Blueprint for
Success:
set performance expectations, track FR metrics, and facilitate coaching meetings Chair weekly Development Team meetings to review reps' progress, highlight strengths, and identify growth areas Coordinate the Board of Review process—evaluate performance and enforce accountability standards Drive Client Builder initiatives by defining session frameworks, assigning facilitators, and overseeing weekly/monthly workshops Manage joint work and mentoring programs: maintain pairing lists, train mentors, and report outcomes to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Financial services industry experience preferred Superior meeting facilitation and presentation skills Experience coaching and providing feedback to peers Aptitude for addressing issues in a proactive and creative manner and leading crucial conversations using a results-focused approach Effective time management to address multiple priorities at multiple levels Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Superior written and oral communication skills Committed to professional development (e.g., licensing, registration, designations)
