Duties Develop and execute enterprise-wide training strategies that align with organizational objectives and talent management initiatives. Oversee curriculum development using Inspire Brands (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) methodology to ensure systematic instructional design processes. Manage the creation of onboarding programs, employee orientation sessions, succession planning initiatives, and professional development courses tailored for adult learners. Lead a team of instructional trainers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring and team leadership. Utilize data collection and research methods to assess training effectiveness; analyze feedback to refine content and delivery methods for maximum impact. Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new learning initiatives across departments. Experience Proven experience in developing employee training prefer Arby's training back ground. Extensive background in instructional design principles applied to adult education and professional development settings. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development frameworks; experience with e-learning course instructional content development is essential. Skilled in program management with a track record of designing impactful training programs for diverse audiences across multiple formats. Excellent communication skills with public speaking experience; ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate workshops effectively. Leadership experience managing teams dedicated to training & development; capable of mentoring staff toward continuous growth. Familiarity with organization design concepts, talent management strategies including succession planning, conflict management techniques, and change management practices.
