Reporting to the Director of L&D, this role supervises L&D team members, manages learning projects and resources, partners with business leaders and subject matter experts, and ensures programs are delivered effectively and aligned with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate combines team leadership, project management, facilitation, instructional design, and data analysis skills. Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to facilitate in both languages, is required. This position includes office-based and virtual work. Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend support may be required for training delivery, program launches, or organizational events.
Duties and responsibilities:
Learning Programs and Operations Plan, coordinate, and execute learning programs aligned with business priorities. Manage the learning operations calendar, project timelines, launches, communications, and follow-up activities. Support scalable learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, job aids, coaching resources, workflow support, and AI-powered practice tools. Team Leadership Supervise, coach, and support L&D team members and project contributors. Assign work based on priorities, capacity, and organizational needs. Review learning deliverables for clarity, consistency, conciseness, and correctness. Promote a culture of excellence. Curriculum and Resource Management Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, including facilitator guides, workbooks, job aids, e-learning modules, assessments, workflows, and other reference tools. Ensure learning content remains accurate, accessible, relevant, and aligned with business processes and regulatory requirements. Create templates and standards that improve consistency and scalability. Facilitation and Learning Delivery Facilitate onboarding, workshops, leadership development programs, and other learning experiences in English and Spanish. Develop train-the-trainer resources, facilitator notes, discussion guides, and coaching tools. Deliver engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles and workplace application. Learning Technology and Measurement Support the use of learning platforms, virtual learning technology, and AI-powered learning solutions. Identify opportunities to improve learning access, practice, reinforcement, and measurement through technology. Prepare reports and presentations that communicate learning outcomes, trends, and recommendations. Use data and feedback to continuously improve programs, resources, delivery methods, and learner experience.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
