What to Expect The Energy Manufacturing team is looking for a motivated and energetic Training Supervisor dedicated to leading a team of training coordinators that will instruct new hire and tenured employee training for cross-functional teams. This individual will work with stakeholders and developers to create world class training, helping in accelerating the world's transition to renewable energy. This role will oversee the Training Coordinator team that directly supports training on different lines in the factory. This candidate must be highly driven, organized and have a passion for developing people. You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate.
